Mr. Pramod Mohite, after completing his Engineering in 1987 from Mumbai University, worked with a few renowned construction companies, before setting up on his own. With meagre resources and limited contacts, he pushed himself ahead by securing small construction contracts in residential and industrial sector in and around Mumbai. His dedicated work and intelligent efforts rewarded him with larger civil construction projects. Now,possessed with medium and large infrastructure project management skills, men and materials, Pramod leads and directs Mohite Infraprojects to undertake and execute complex industrial, commercial and residential infrastructure projects.
Rajas, a seasoned construction professional with over 4 years of experience, boasts a unique blend of project management skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, demonstrated by his role as Field Engineer
at the Hampton Road Bridge Tunnel Project (Virginia, USA) valued over $3.6 billion as of 2023. He is a creative problem solver with exceptional communication abilities and a talent for working effectively in a team setting, making him an asset to any organization due to his strong work ethic and track record of success.
Mr. Krishna Ojha is a graduate in civil engineering from the Mumbai University. With over two decades of experience in the Real Estate industry, he is involved in various core operations of the business. He leads the business development and
acquisition management.
Mr. Debashish Majumdar, a graduate in civil engineering is an experienced Assistant Vice President of Construction with over 25 years in the industry. He has worked with several leading companies and has extensive experience in project planning, construction management, and contract management. His expertise includes working with high-rise Residential and Commercial Tower Projects using various Formwork systems. He has successfully managed and delivered several prestigious projects of approximately 20,00,000 SQFT. of affordable residential projects.
T.D. Johnson, the Head of Finance, has 25+ years of professional experience in handling financial planning and cash flow for multiple projects in the real estate and construction industry. He has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. T.D. Johnson is known for his strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
